Membership Cancellation Policy
There is a 30 day Cancellation Policy for individual Coworking Memberships and a 30+ Cancelation Policy for Offices, Desks and Company coworking plans. Please read THE SANDBOX Terms of Services for more details.

Conference Room Cancellation Policy
We understand sometimes your plans may change. However, because of the demand for our meeting rooms, we do not refund meeting room bookings. However, we can rebook your scheduled meeting room reservation or give you a credit for a future date if you let us know 48 hours, or more before your scheduled meeting time. However, within 48 hours we are unable to rebook, or refund the payment for a scheduled meeting if you decide to cancel.
